If you did very well in highschool with a 85 average to get into uni business, and did not so well in uni with a CA of 3.5 on a 12 point scale, and are applying to ontario colleges, can you not mention your university transcript and just apply with a highschool transcript and get away with it? just wondering

if the only requirements are highschool credits, then you only need to send in your high school transcript via the ontario colleges site

"Can" you, sure. You'll get kicked out and/or your diploma rescinded though if they ever find out you lied on your application.

You can't apply as a high school student, you'd be a transfer, so they probably ask. If they don't require it then it doesn't matter, but if they ask then you can't just pretend it doesn't apply to you.

I think the best option would be to talk to them in person or by phone.

Regarding your original question, they will know your university grades because when you apply, it will ask you if you attended any past institutions and they might ask for your transcripts. However, if the requirements are only high school credits, then they might not look at your university grades for admission considerations.
