In the fall, (Before the cut off date), I cancelled a 2 semester long course. I didn't get any money back. When do I?

This semester I got into econ, and I think I got charged for it (Several hundred dollar charge was placed on my account). But I don't want to pay for it until I know I'm getting the money back for the course I dropped.

Who should I talk to about this?

Student Accounts and Cashiers or the Registrar would be the best places to go and ask.
