Cant access payment agreement
I havent been able to access my payment agreement for the last week or so and anytime I try I get the message "A technical error has been encountered. Please call Student Accounts and Cashiers. (81306: )". What should I do do I actually have to call Student accounts and if i do how do i reach them?

Call them right now, call McMaster and the extension is given, 81306. You don't have to listen to everything when you call McMaster, once you hear the voice just start dialing the extension. They should be open now.

If it's telling you to call them, then you probably should. http://www.mcmaster.ca/bms/student/SAC_contact.htm
I definitely recommend calling over emailing, it took them 1 week to get back to me by email.
The extension isn't 81306, according to their website it's 24478.

o.O I wonder what 81306 means then... I guess it's the error number, so you'll probably want to remember that. But thanks for the correction Lauren.

Sorry to hijack your thread but my payment agreement told me to check back august 15th for OSAP entitlement. When I check now( August 16th), nothing shows up but the same message.

August 15th is when most of the entitlements are given out by OSAP. If you haven't been given an entitlement the OSAP website yet then you'll have to wait for them to process your application. Make sure they aren't waiting for you to send in supporting documents.
Note: Estimate and Entitlement are completely different.
