Can't find account name
Hi, I seem to have the wrong account name for my res registration, but I'm not sure. I have many accounts from my other universities so I may have gotten it confused, and when I try recovering, it asks for a student number, but I haven't gotten it yet, what should I do?

If by 'student ID' you mean the MacID, you should activate it ASAP...you need it to register for courses. And then once you have it, you can figure out what's going on with your res application.

MACID? something like jsmith2 (For a person named John Smith).
If you don't have something like that go here: https://adweb.cis.mcmaster.ca /cis/ahtml/login.htm
and click on 'Activate you MAC ID'.
