I'm trying to submit a prerequisite waiver form (http://learnche.mcmaster.ca/waivers) for a Chemical Engineering course (ChE 3BM3). I used the form to get a waiver for a course last semester but now when I try to submit a form I get an “A serious error has occured” message. Is this happening to anyone else?

I emailed the department a while ago and haven't gotten a response yet. The course isn't full.
