So I'm with children education funds inc for my resp, apparently now they have online forms that the office of registrar is supposed to complete. My question is, do I go in person to the registrar office for them to fill out the form? Anyone know? Thanks.

There is one online form for you to fill out yourself and then another for the registrar's office. I think you were mailed two sheets with two codes (one for you and one for the office). I went to the office with the mailed sheet (with the code) and they took it. They also said they had seen or done this before.
