I don't believe so, but if it has an automatic shut-off then maybe.

Either way, it's one of those things you don't have to worry about. I had one in my first year. You won't get caught with one and you won't get in trouble for having it.

It's probably a grey area but no-one is going to stop you, the campus police didn't bust down my door for my K-Cup machine.
