I came across an excellent article from Experience.com that was posted today and gives great insight into the filtering process of a processional recruiter. While the recruiter is looking through resume's of Engineering students, the tips provided are quite relevant to anyone who is looking for a job and putting final touches on their resume. The article covers what is looked at during the first 10 seconds of reviewing a resume for a job hire, and which sections count the most!
