We are looking for one person to fill each of the following roles:
Clubs Admin
This is an EXECUTIVE position. The Clubs Admin will be responsible for keeping up-to-date records, facilitating clubs training, organizing Clubs Appreciation, helping to organize the Academic Showcase, and more. All applications are due by
September 20th, 2010 at 4:00pm. All interviews will be taking place between 5:30pm and 6:30pm on September 21, 2010.
Outreach Coordinator
This is a staff position. The Outreach Coordinator is responsible for the MSSS’s participation in charitable and external events, which involves maintaining positive relations with a variety of associations on campus, including F.I.T. and SCSN. Applications for this position are due by
September 23rd, 2010 at 4:00pm.
Chief Returning Officer
This is also a staff position. The CRO is responsible for managing all aspects of MSSS elections, including poll clerking, counting ballots, making sure all election rules are kept, etc.. Applications for this position are due by
