Confirmation of enrollment without validation sticker?
I got my confirmation of enrollment a while back and I just looked at it briefly. I didn't see the sticker and I figured it would come later. Until I just looked it again and it says validation sticker is enclosed. Usually the sticker is stapled up at the top right? I didn't see it. And I'm fairly certain it wasn't in the envelope when I opened it. I don't think it's easy to just get another one, right? What should I do?

Are there staples holes at the top? If not then it might be easier. But if there are, knowing McMaster they'll make you pay for another one.
I believe you inquire the registrar. Call them tomorrow.

My validation sticker wasn't actually stapled to the paper like previous years. I actually didn't find it until I saw it fall out of the papers when I opened the letter up.
I suggest you get into contact with someone from the office of the registrar and ask for another one.

So theyre cutting costs with staples now too eh. I guess 25,000 staples can add up, but still its a little ridiculous when you have to watch for a falling validation sticker when you open your McMaster mail.

If it's lick and stick, they better be flavoured. Strawberry flavoured.

My buddy works at the Registrars and his job is packing/mailing out the conformation packages and the stickers. He told me his boss told him no more staples as it reduces productivity, thus stapling of the stickers has stopped. He also mentioned how the registrar is getting a lot of calls regarding missing stickers, they will replace them if you can't find one in your letter, so contact them.

reduced productivity from staples = reduced productivity from replacing lost stickers

I think reduced productivity from staples < reduced productivity from replacing lost stickers.

I didnt get mine either and nothing fell out. They said to wait till the end of August or before school starts because the mailing place where they put everything together will send them stickers that are left over.
I just want to get mine before September because I need it for the Hamilton bus.
