Yes, thats what it is. They hold first year psych tutorials down there, and the rooms are numbered BSB B20_. |

It's just a bunch of independent non-connected floors one floor below the basement, that can be reached from stairwells all around the basement. Rooms in the second basement have names like BSB B202 instead of B147. |

They added more access points to it? When I was in first year there was only 1 stairwell that led to that floor.

I don't think there is. It was such a pain having to walk the entire first floor hallway when it's busy. I went through every staircase to see if it led there, but with no luck.. unless there's something I missed :/

I was surprised to hear about the second basement...until someone mentioned Psych tutorials. D'oh.
As for more than one access point...during the first few days when I was still asking for directions, someone managed to lead me down a few staircases and three or four (or even more corridors) to B206 - it was so confusing! - and then we discovered I could have just gone down the staircase opposite JHE. *facepalm*
