I have chosen all the subjects...Will I get the chance to change my subjects sometime later??

Do i have to accept the payment agreement now??

I am a prospective student of Faculty of Science. And the deadline is today July 06 2008.

I am also entering sciences at Mcmaster this coming September. I believe that you are allowed to change your courses after your 7 days are over, you just have to wait (I believe SOLAR opens up again August 11th to make changes to your time table, but i'm sure someone else likely knows more than me). Also, you can complete your payment agreement afterwards, it does not have to be completed within 7 days of logging on to SOLAR, that only applies for the initial course selection. The dead-line for the payment agreement is August 25th and if you are unable to complete it by then, your entire registration process will become void and you will have to go through course selection again, with a risk of losing some of the spots you previously had.
