convocation this week.. anyone going?
do people get really dressed up for it even though you're wearing the huge gown?

I'm going 
I don't know how people normally dress. I'm wearing a skirt and tank top that looks both dressy and casual.
The gowns are open at the front, so people will be able to see what youre wearing. |

Make sure you have pockets for your cell phone. It is SUPER difficult finding your family with 800ish ppl milling around.

I think it would be worth going to, I bet your students fees pay for the entire arrangement. If nothing, go for the food/appetizers lol.

I thought the reception was pretty good! Tiny triangle sandwiches never disappoint. No where near enough chairs and tables though. |
