convocation this week.. anyone going?
do people get really dressed up for it even though you're wearing the huge gown?

I'm going
I don't know how people normally dress. I'm wearing a skirt and tank top that looks both dressy and casual.
The gowns are open at the front, so people will be able to see what youre wearing.

Make sure you have pockets for your cell phone. It is SUPER difficult finding your family with 800ish ppl milling around.

I think it would be worth going to, I bet your students fees pay for the entire arrangement. If nothing, go for the food/appetizers lol.

I thought the reception was pretty good! Tiny triangle sandwiches never disappoint. No where near enough chairs and tables though.
