All three of those questions (interest, difficulty and prof-likeability) are subjective... in any cause I found it less interesting and easier than 3HH3. I also liked the prof for 3HH3 better than 3II3.
You learn about chromosomes, karyotypes, gene regulation, genomics, DNA replication, telomeres, DNA repair, DNA recombination (ex. transposons), mutations. Pretty much everything in general.
