Lol, science is probably last because they know it'll crash the server.

Well, using the theory that the school would improve I would say that it was a pencil and bubble sheet :\

You came in-person to register, most likely with those bubble sheets.

I've had a few profs who did their undergrad here and they said that even though SOLAR is a piece of crap, having to come to the school to register was even worse.

Hmmm, I wonder how long ago that was and how many students were registered... Must have sucked for the person last in line.

At least there, if you are dedicated enough, you can sleep by the door and be first in line.

Lol, that's true... But still, it would suck if you lived far away. You'd have to trek to McMaster for that one day to register.

I have a quick question and would really appreciate it if someone could help me out =) If you're not in any specific program as of yet and are just in the science faculty, would you still be able to access SOLAR on June 25th as a level 2 science student? or are you considered a continuing student?

I'm not sure what you mean by "not in any specific program". Do you mean you haven't chosen yet? Because you actually choose your program on SOLAR right before you pick your courses.

If this isn't what you mean, then there is no harm in trying to get on SOLAR on the 25th. I'm pretty sure that's the day you would pick your courses since you are technically still in science. Although what courses you would pick I wouldn't know because you technically don't have a program so you can't really get a degree...

Haha i guess what i mean is that I wasn't able to get accepted into the Life Sci program this year so I'm hoping to shadow it and hopefully get accepted in third year...so at the moment, I'd just be a 2nd year science student.

Ah ok. Yes, you are still part of the science faculty and should be able to select your courses on the 25th.
