Important Dates
I wasn't too sure if someone already started a discussion regarding this but here is a link to important dates and deadlines for the year. http://www.mcmaster.ca/bms/student/p...eadlines.p df
Make sure you read it carefully so that you don't end up missing any deadlines! Let me know if you have any questions.

Thanks :] I think these dates are important as well. Though I'm not sure if they've been posted already either.

Excellent! Thanks for the info on the dates..wouldn't want to forget that .
Just thought I'd throw a question in here- I think I remember reading somewhere that we have to finalize changes on our PA by August 3rd in order for our personal timtables to show up...is that true?

It all depends really; See, you could very well end up switching around classes when SOLAR re-opens on August 13th, which may cause your payment agreement to change. In this case, you have to re-accept it. So I'm not really sure if August 3rd is any hard deadline.

But you should confirm your PA atleast once as soon as you can. You can always change anything on your PA at anytime.

Why is it necessary to confirm the payment agreement as soon as possible? I registered for my courses but did not pay yet.

It's an agreement that you are aware of the fees and that you are going to pay.

And if you don't agree to it before a certain day, it drops all your classes. That's why it's stressed that you simply accept it ASAP.

If you don't confirm you aren't fully registered and by a certain deadline they will kick you out of your courses.
Note: Confirming and Paying are two different things.

Mmhmm, confirming is like saying that you promise to pay at a later date, not actually paying right then.

So if the payment isn't paid by september 1st, do you get "kicked out" of your courses too?
