After recently coming back from a month and a half of vacation, i found out that i had made it into mechanical engineering. now following the courses listed on the mcmaster website, everything went fine until i got to the 3 electives i need to take. They were all full!!!

I was interested in Econ mainly:
-2D03
-2A03
-2P03

What should i do, i believe i have a 7 day limit before I am blocked of or some shinaningun like that.

Keep trying to get in until SOLAR closes. That's about as much as you can do now.

I also applied to mechanical engineering but haven't gotten a response yet due to a missing prerequisite which i'm doing now.. Can you tell me with what kind of gpa did you get in? I should have like a 7.3 and was wondering if that'd be good enough?

i had a GPA of 7.4ish i believe. +/- 0.2

I deferred my 1E03 exam and am writing it this coming week, so it says decision pending for mechanical.. How many units did you have btw?

Heard the exam is really hard so im kinda worried about failing the class, will need a 42% on the exam to pass
