We all wish it worked that way, but then it would be a lot more chaotic than it already is. There's seats reserved for each level depending on the course in addition to the fact that if a course is required then you'll definitely get to enrol in it. Relax, it's really not all that bad, and you have until the first week of school to switch around classes if anything

Probably not. But no one can predict that

umm but u can go anytime after your inital course selection date to add/change courses right?

for 7 days yes. After the 7 days from the day you get allowed to SOLAR you get blocked, until I think sectioning finishes in august (not sure about when they open back)
