ok, after lots of emails, i politely asked a person who was already helping me with another issue to forward this issue to the concerned people
she forwarded it to the undergraduate advisor of my faculty, you need waivers to select those courses since the computer does not recognize your international qualifications
So we do we just contact departments/advisors and ask them for waivers? My session will end on Monday. Will they pick it for me instead or extend my session for another day to be able to pick some mandatory course?

You'll have to ask them about that. Normally they just give the waiver and you have to go on and pick the course. I don't know what they will do since your session ends Monday.

They might just have to wait until SOLAR re-opens, but if it's a required class, they are guaranteed to get in anyways.
