Took this class in Fall 2009-2010 with Dr. Bruce.

I found the course interesting, yet also a little bit too complex. Sometimes not having a background in the Israel-Palestine conflict made things confusing, others great because I could be objective about the texts we were reading.

The prof made sure to include an equal number of texts from both "sides", which I saw as a good thing, however I would have liked to hear other voices (Christians, for example).

The class was from 8:30-10:30 on Wednesdays, which made it hard for people attend (or so it seemed): everyone missed at least one class, some people probably missed about half.
