2nd easiest way:
Be a woman, doll yourself up a bit, study the ways of man, talk to a man and make yourself really available (eaisier depending on how much of a saddo the guy you approach is).

After that, for men, it gets harder. We need to be tall, buff, good looking, witty, smart, have arcane knowledge, be glib but caring enough that it doesn't come off cruel, but a little callous at the same time as well.

I disagree with the "be yourself" part. There's no reason someone has to or should like you for who you are. If you want good results, be the person you think they want at first.

Note for the slow: everybody does this when they first meet someone they don't know.
