Decision Pending
So Im taking a course in summer school and it says on my transcript that my decision is pending to get into my program (Its on passing the course, I have a high enough gpa). Will this stop me from picking my program on solar? Im taking the course in second semester summer school.

Thanks in advance

Yes, It will stop you from registering for your courses for next year! :(

I'm really confused about the procedure though....For someone taking a course over the summer that is required to go into second year......When do they register for 2nd year courses ???
Someone please HELP !!

Contact your academic advisor. They will know what to do.

You register sometime in August. I think its either the 11th or the 17th looking at the SOLAR entry shedule.

I'm in the same situation as the OP, except the course I needed to take was during first semester of summer school. I finished the course sometime after Solar opened up for my program (Engineering II). Engineering II isn't availble for me as a choice on Solar, but Engineering I is. I checked the Solar entry schedule and I'm thinking I might be able to register on July 12.

If anyone could help me out, I'd appreciate it. Thanks.

The best thing to do is to contact your academic advisor tomorrow.

You'll be able to register, late though. So some courses might be full :( but you can contact people to make room for you if the course is required.

You'll have to contact your academic advisor if your mandatory course is full. Although, general engineering isn't one of those programs with 100% mandatory courses.
