Decoding short-forms for buildings.
Hey, I'm new to Mac (obviously), and I was just wondering...
what the heck do all these.. codes stand for?!
I know they're for buildings, but which is which?!
I'm planning on going to Mac on Friday to find my buildings, but I need to know what these mean first. xD

Can anyone help me out?

HSC
CNH
ITB
TSH
JHE
BSB
GS

~Thanks a lot!

I have an article about them that's pending posting... but to answer you questions:

HSC = Health Sciences Centre
CNH = Chester New Hall
ITB = Information Technology Building
TSH = Togo Salmon Hall
JHE = John Hodgins Engineering Building
BSB = A.N. Bourns Science Building
GS (assuming you are referring to GSB) = General Science Building

I would recommend getting a McMaster pocket map from Compass or printing out a newer one from the Mac websites (check to be sure it has MDCL on it. Some don't and they miss a lot of other stuff too). It helps immensely when navigating.
Actually get about 3 in case you lose them.

And damn you, Jeremy. (fistshake)

If you print out this one:
http://www.mcmaster.ca/welcome/campusmap.cfm
, it has the codes beside the building names. There's also one in the booklet that was sent for welcome week, at the end
