RESP Forms
Can we mail in the RESP forms or do we have to personally go to Mac to hand it in?

Im pretty sure you can mail them but I always go personally just to be sure they get it, then they mail it back to me.

Hmm, where can we get those forms? Sorry, I'm a bit behind on all this, since I thought it was just a bank transfer document, but I guess not =S

You get the form from the bank that holds your RESP account.

Do you need the forms only if you dip into the $500 grants from the Gov't or any money received from RESP?

Just as long as you complete the form stating that you are attending a post-secondary institution this September, with appropriate signatures and seals from Mac, the money will be released to you and you can do whatever you like with it.

I believe you can. When you go and pick up your OSAP in September they will make sure your information is up-to-date. So you'll have to notify them that you took out RESP, then the amount you get in January may change.
