There's nothing inherently wrong with stoner talk. Carl Sagan and a few other great minds of our century have enjoyed the experience. The problem comes from believing that one gets VIP access to profound ideas merely by the virtue of rolling a spliff.

when you percieve, you get this outcome of life when the romans were fighting. they were fighting for our social harmony of sleeping lifes. perception is one we think we have but we all dont have it yet we share it when we dont percieve the romans epic battle fights.

I actually can't stand people like this. Pseudo intellectualism and all the hipster-ish bullshit that comes with it is incredibly annoying. Unfortunately, every class/tutorial has at least one of those people.

FTFY.
Also, the superiority complex reminds me of something I saw on a magazine cover one day, whilst waiting in a check out line.
I think we're both deeper than normal people--what they think and how they feel. - Miley Cyrus, on why she and her BF are perfect and shit.

They'll grow out of it (hopefully). I must admit, I also had "ooh look I'm so deep" thoughts when I was 14 or so. Soon learned that pretty much everyone talks about such things--it's just that some prefer to talk about them with people they're close to and more emotionally intimate with, whilst some are happy to talk about them about it with loose acquaintances.
