# of deferred examz
Hi, I am just wondering if there's a limited number of deferred exam for each student? Can a person defer more than 2 exams in a year? Thanks!

Don't be a pu*ssy and write the exam just like everybody else.
Don't you rather feel the satisfaction of getting it over and done with?

I am just not ready for it, don't want to risk my final mark... and I had deferred quite a lot in the past, so not sure if it's ok if I defer more

just remember that if you defer a lot of exams, it does show up on your transcript. Like it will say "DEF" besides the mark. If you defer exams all the time, then your transcript might seem shady, incase you give it to some one.
Just saying...

I'm considering deferring an exam; at what number does 'def' appear, and what is the way you go about deferring?

The exam I deffered, on my grade report it said some thing like this
Course Name D DEF A
im guessing the D means grade without the exam.

don't defer your exam unless it is absolutely necessary.
I'am going to one today even though i have a bad cold and my nose is literally a constant pipe leaking mucus.

Yup, that D is the mark you had without the exam taken into account

Unless you have a severe medical/personal problem, I don't suggest deferring exams. You might think you're not prepared now, but you'll definately not be prepared at the end of next term. Trust me, it will be VERY hard to remember anything you learned in the term before. Anyone I know who has deferred an exam for non-emergency reasons always wished they wrote it at the original time. It is so hard to get back into course material once you've been out of it for 4 months.
