The answer is more complicated than simply yes or no - no they don't, but it is possible to get your certification after education at McMaster (without pursuing further education, if you plan things properly). You should really do some googling and reading to figure out specifics. This is a question you should be able to answer yourself, with a much better answer than you'd get from asking people.
It doesn't take long - I got the basic idea in less than ten minutes. If you're interested in the details then obviously it will take longer to read about them.

^Wishy Washy doesn't really give a straight clear cut answer.

Answer is no, if you want to be a human resource professional, consider looking into the CHRP designation and how to get that designation.

If you want to move to management level jobs and have experience, consider the Master's program that DeGroote offers, however, you may want to consider other schools too.

You can get the CHRP designation if you go to Mac - they offer all of the courses. There are only two "programs" in Ontario according to the CHRP website, which doesn't give a lot of options. Seems like most people just go wherever and take the appropriate courses.
Again, googling and actually reading the information would be much more helpful for the OP.

You can take the required CHRP courses while still in undergrad: http://ug.degroote.mcmaster. ca/pro...essional-chrp/

In terms of graduate studies, there are two options. One is to get an MBA and specialize in HR. The other is to get a diploma in HR (which is offered by many universities and colleges): https://www.mcmastercce.ca/human-res...gement-program
