Do you know what annoyed me? that International/Cross-Cultural/Language Menu.
Anthro 1A03 and Geo 1HA3 are both Business I requirements.
So are Psych 1X03 and Sociology 1A06
But only the first two count under that menu. Plus they can't overlap. So if you took at least 2 of those courses and Anthro and/or Geo is one of them, you'd be done one/both of the two courses needed in that menu.
GEO AND ANTHRO BOTH CONFLICTED WITH OTHER COURSES FOR ME LAST YEAR :(
I took Psych and Sociology. Sure I did well in them, but still it would've been nice if I didn't have to worry about that stupid menu in my upper years...

Is it easy to fail a course? Easier than high school?
(Let's say you were a diligent 85% (min. average this year) student in high school.)

...Questions like that are *really* hard to answer. It sounds like a cop-out, but really it depends on things like your work habits or ability to understand the material.
I know people who skipped practically every lecture and still ended with an A+, but that doesn't mean the course is so easy that other people can do it (likewise, some people who skipped practically every lecture got much lower than an A+).
As for the courses themselves, it depends. Some courses are more forgiving than others. Most first year courses shouldn't give you too much trouble (Both Econs and Psych 1X03 gave a *lot* of mark-boosting opportunities last year). Also sometimes it depends on the prof (my sociology prof last year did 2 midterms and 2 exams, while the othe prof from what I heard only had exams, which meant they had a higher weight)
