I don't recall if I ever had to use chain rule, but I remember quotient rule and chain rule were used for some of the proofs.

It won't be anything compared to Math 1Z04, 1ZZ5, 2Z03 or the terrible terrible terrible 2ZZ3.

@Comments about Aswani

I actually thought he was pretty good. It takes a bit of time to get used to his accent, but if you follow along and write down the notes you'll understand most of the material. I basically only studied from lecture notes and never once used the textbook.

However I can see where healthsci1 is coming from. I guess he does sometimes go a bit quick. It might be difficult if you're not good with math or you're the type of learner that takes things slower. Everyone has their own learning style
Aw, so no triple integrals? ):

Good to know, though. Sounds like the math aspect will be fairly simple and it'll just come down to concepts.

The math isn't an issue at all. There's only second derivatives, partial derivatives and solving linear equations, and definitely no triple intergrals (?!).. lol.
The actual theory is pretty tricky.. but once you have a hold of it, you're set. I guess you can say that for most courses, but yeah..

This course was definately a dificult one. I had ASwani and his accent is so thick it was very difficult to understand him most of the time. Also his teaching style was flawed. The course work was very intricate. btw if you took the course and was still a Business I student and failed it wat happens?

Looks like you wont be able to go into commerce 2
have successfully completed ECON 2X03 if registered in this course in Business I. (ECON 2X03 is not required for admission to Commerce II. Students who elect to register in ECON 2X03 in Business I and who do not successfully complete the course, will not be permitted to enter Commerce II.)
