are you in woodstock? i've only seen a quad room in there. It was on the first floor and they ewre bunk beds. where each birl had their own. you would sleep on the top bunk and the desk would be under it. It was a pretty big room. just really two double rooms size w/ no wall in between. I thought it was really nice.

laundry you will need loonies and quarters. they are $1.25 for washing and another $1.25 for drying.from what i recall. hope i didn't get that wrong.

Brandon closets are a little on the small side compared to some buildings, but I found it to be sufficient for one person (I was in its virtual twin, Woodstock). Each person will have their own closet and their own dresser with 3 or 4 drawers in it, so everything should fit. There's a fair amount of open space at the bottom of the closets that you could stuff your gym bag in pretty easily and still have plenty of room above to hang your clothes. Also, if pressed for space, you could always store your gym bag under your bed.

I'd add Fan!!!! to this list. The first week of September is HOT! Even if it's a nice temperature outside and even if your rez has A/C for some reason you're rez room will be a oven for the first two weeks of school.

yes i recommend bringing a fan.. b/c after a few weeks, they will turn the air con off. its a central control system, so you can't change it. Even if you have the changing remote thing in keyes or les prince, it will only blow out hot air. lol. so if you want to stay cool whenever you want, then i definately recommend a fan!
