I took a reduced course load last year and am taking the rest of my required Level 3 course next year (in my fourth year). Do I register as a Level 3 or 4 student?

IMPORTANT: I kinda went in as a Level 4 student, and now I can't register for my Term 2 Level 3 classes ("no academic requisite")

If you are entering your 4th year, you are in level 4.
For your Term 2 level 3 classes, make sure you take their requisite classes in term 1 to be able to enroll in them.

I know this doesn't help the OP. But is it just me or what because i don't remember them last year asking for my program/year last year. Mabye it is because i'm going into my final year.

They should ask. At least they want you to indicate whether you'll be graduating or not.
