You are sure you have all the prerequisites? For some reason Econ 2X03 is only for commerce students.... but since it's required I suggest you get a waiver for this course. The best thing to do is talk to the registrar, maybe it's a bug in the system. If not then you'll have to talk to the professors in each course and ask for a waiver...

Ill vouch for this as well as a few of my other eng & management friends.
I took both Econ 1B03 and 1BB3 in my first year of eng. However, I am not able to select Econ 2X03 as stated in the requirements for Mech & Management II, as it states that I do not have the pre-reqs.

And I passed both 1B03 and 1BB3 with flying colors.

I think you'd have to contact the Commerce Department first. Explain you're an Eng & MGMT student and you need the course but don't for some reason are failing the prereqs. It could be a SOLAR issue. I was denied entry to a class for 09-10 where there was no prereqs but SOLAR said I failed them.

And if Commerce doesn't help you go to Eng and tell them Commerce is being unhelpful, and hopefully they can make sure you get the help required.
