Do I still have a good chance at Grad school?
So I just received my marks for my third year and they were disappointing. My average for the year comes up to around and 8.0... by how much is admittance to grad school mostly based on 4th (final) year marks? Should I consider summer school to improve my average? :(

Depends on the school and program. Saying "grad school" doesn't give nearly enough information, but you can look up info for the programs yourself online.

It can't hurt to improve your average, though.

yea, i know from what I checked they expect 9.0 and above.
I just want to know if they look mostly at 4th year (in which case i have nothing to worry about) or is my 8.0 hurting my chances considerably.

That also depends on the school. Like I said before though, improving your average isn't going to hurt.

Almost all grad schools in Ontario need a 75% average in the last two years. If you're worried, get lots of reference letters from your prof.

This is a terrible question because you don't give us any information.

What program(s) are you talking about?
