and if we are first year students studying full time do we still need to fill out an interest free form? thanks

Check your OSAP release date on your OSAP account and you can pick it up anytime on or after that date up to Sept 23 in MUSC 315. I'm not sure what you mean by the second question :/

You don't need to fill out an interest free form unless you've received OSAP in the past and aren't receiving OSAP now.
