ok im going to pick up OSAP today or tommorow and i am brining my passport SIN card. I have not gotten my Mac ID card yet and i don't want to use my bank acount i want to use my parents. Is it possible to get my OSAP using my parents bank account and without having my MAC ID card yet?

In order to pick-up your loan, please bring the following:

• Proof of Social Insurance Number (SIN card – photocopy is acceptable, or a piece of Government of Canada official documentation such as Canada Revenue Agency Notice of Assessment, a Canada Pension Plan Statement of Contributions or a Confirmation of Social Insurance Number from Service Canada)
• McMaster Student ID card with a valid sticker
• VALID GOVERNMENT-ISSUED PHOTO ID(e.g. Driver's Licence, Permanent Resident Card, Canadian Passport, Canadian Citizenship Card, Ontario Photo Health Card)
• A void cheque/banking information ...
  including bank #, bank transit # and bank account #

Im going to pick up my OSAP tomorrow and I am wondering I will be able to buy a Macpass while I am there (sept 1) . If yes, where?

You can order a MacPass online via fye.mcmaster.ca
However, should you wish to order it in person, you can do so between September 5th to 6th at Titles, though they will be limited.
I would recommend having a credit card or debit card.
I had read somewhere that in the event of a strike, one service will not be accepting cash.
