If I have paid off my Tuition in full with the inclusion of OSAP, do I need to pick it up or is it sent directly to the school?

You have to do the paper work at the MUSC 3rd floor (314 I believe) in order to receieve the funds from OSAP (AKA picking it up). However if you have selected that you are using OSAP as a payment option, you do not get the money, instead it is put towards your tution. You only get about 60% of it in Sept, then you have to redo the paperwork in januray for the other 40%.

Where on McMasters website can i find out whether or not i have payed off my full tuition.

I went to pick up my OSAP today and the lady said my OSAP was going to be paid directly to the school but i already paid my tuition in full, without OSAP. I just wanted this money in my account so i can buy books and whatnot.

I just wanted this money to go to my parents bank account.

Is there a way to check this somewhere or somehow?

Log onto MUGSI. Click on 'My Student Accounts & Cashiers' then 'Account Statement' and it'll show you all the 'transactions' you've made with your student account.

If you do have leftover money in your account, then you can go to the Student Accounts office and ask for a refund, then they'll mail you a cheque.
