Actually, I met a guy on it and he gave me his room number and told me he'd meet me downstairs. I , ofcourse, did not meet up with him since I do not participate in homosexual activity. Thank you and have a nice day.

Purposely show up right before class starts when there are little seats left and sit beside a random girl and start commencing conversation. A good ice breaker is introducing yourself. Make sure she is alone, because no girl wants to be alone.

Did this a few times.
Their boyfriend, who they was saving a seat for, always end up interrupting.
Even worst now because its winter. Too many coats to "reserve" seats...
