both are gonna be the same president pretty much. it seems like a lot of republicans are too religious though. democrats are just the lesser of two evils or so it seems.

Oh my... I can't believe this discussion (read: "controversial topic", or "argument" for short) was started.
"Both the same President pretty much" is exactly the phrase that gives me the excuse to stay out of this thread though: Forgive me for sounding conceited, but I believe I am way above having to prove why that statement is wrong.

no one started any argument before you entered the thread. if you have an excuse to stay out of the thread then use that excuse or do your best to explain yourself. dont come here saying this kind of stuff. its useless. if you have a reply to my comment you think is wrong then educate me on it. dont waste time posting this kind of nonsense.

doesnt matter if Romney wins the popular vote. Obama has more support in the states with higher Electoral votes. Gonna be close though

I hope Obama wins, but realistically, he isn't going to be much better. None of the candidates running are very good; Obama is just the lesser of the multiple evils.

i hate it when people blame obama for the slow recovery in the US. People are so short sighted. The man inherited a multi trillion dollar deficit. Do people really expect this recovery to only take 4 years?

To say Obama is the lesser of two evils is a hugely false equivalence. Mitt Romney has flip-flopped on almost every single issue, had no definitive plan for for accounting for his proposed tax cuts, and has taken almost every tragedy over the election period to try to extract personal gain from. If it were Obama versus almost any other potential candidate, the 'lesser evil' banter can be arguably more true but... ah boy...
