For myself, I stroll slowly while repeating to myself about what I have memorized and etc...I am walking straight ahead just thinking about the task ahead. I probably miss few people on the way, there is no such thing as peripheral vision at that time!

I walk in like 'all eyes on me' and sit up front! Then during the test I go "OH FUKK"

I just take a calm walk with my iPod and listen to some relaxing music. I make sure not to think about the content at all, no need, I will be recalling it on the test in a few minutes anyways. If I can, I try to sneak in a powernap before an exam as well.
