If you get answer right without any hints, you get bonus like 5%. If you use hints, you get marks too that work up to or even exactly that same 5%. You lose marks slowly based on number of attempts. masterinchem is easy, free marks. good to force you too keep up with content also. if you get over 100%, it adds up. in chem 1a03 i got 6.31/6 marks so a bonus 0.31% pretty much.
