The registrar does not list "W" as an abbreviation for transcripts. If this is appearing on yours, you should contact them to inquire.

A friend of mine contacted them and asked, they said it's the same as "canceled".
They probably changed it and forgot to mention it. Seeing how Mosaic is a giant piece of shit, are you really that surprised?

Is there some central authority that is responsible for maintaining the mcmaster website with up to date info? One, I found no mention of a mark of "W" on any mcmaster website, other university results showed up though. Two, while searching I found a page that still says MSAF covers 5 days.

Doubt it. When CAS department changed their website 2-3 years ago, most links were broken until last year.
Clearly our money is going to the right place. I hope that MSU president slips on the floor in that University paid penthouse apartment the position comes with.
