Dropping Math 2Z03
I'm in 2nd year Elec Eng. I'm not doing well and haven't catch up with 2Z03, if I drop it can I still do 2zz3 ?
If not, I'm going to do them both in summer, I'm short on money with low income family, is it possible to get an osap for srping/summer sessions ?

Prerequisite(s): MATH 2Z03
No, unless you get it waived. CJ may be a bit of a pain in the ass if you don't complete 2Z03 (or at least didn't do any of the Laplace Transform stuff).

I highly doubt you can do z3 without 03. That's the sole reason I'm sticking it out right now.

Hmm, seem to be missing a lot of notes for 2z03, so I can't really compare it to 2zz3 but if you can't handle 2z03 you'll have a hellah time with 2zz3 in my experience...
Anyone have 2z03 notes on dropbox? I'm **** about keeping all my past notes haha :$ (especially since that course is useful to me)

well the drop date was this past friday ..it will show up on your transcript now, unless you convience the office otherwise

2Z03 is a prerequisite for 2ZZ3, as shown here:

I don't have notes, but I do have summaries (for all courses I've taken, for that matter). I can scan them (eventually, after this round of midterms) and send them if you'd like.

Do you have last years second 2Z03 midterm by any chance? I found the one from '09 but not '10 |

There is some cross-over between 2ZZ3 and 2Z03, but not much. You should be able to do 2ZZ3 without 2Z03 (assuming they let you).

On another somewhat related question. There is a rumor going around that Garbado said that this test was going to be harder. Anyone who actually goes to his lectures able to confirm/deny this?
