-Do you have to know a lot about science to take this? (not a science person )

also anyone know anything about Earth Sci 2GG3

I took Earth Sci 2WW3 with Bernier last year I found it to be a very straight forward course. You definitely don't need a background in science to do well in the course. There were weekly quizzes that would require you to use your notes, the textbook and even google. There was also an essay to write. I felt that the exam multiple choice question were very common sense based but that's just my opinion. Hope that helps!

I took Earth Sci 2gg3 last term and it was a very straightforward course. There were five quizzes, one midterm, plus the exam. You had two attempts per quiz, so it was definitely possible to get perfect for each of them.

Hey, I took both courses last term and got 12 in both very easily. For Earth Sci 2ww3, I recommend taking it with Bernier, and for earth sci 2gg3, take it with Basik. Both courses are 'bird courses' IMO and you don't need a lot of science to do well in Earth Sci 2ww3. The midterm and exam for 2gg3 were very easy and could be done in 15 mins. As for 2ww3, the exam is just an essay and case studies. I didn't really feel prepared for this exam but the case studies the were common sense, and the essay was easy.
