SOLAR for Undergraduates will be UNAVAILABLE from 8:30am - 11:30am from June 17th to July 29th, 2008.

Anytime between now and 3:30AM when SOLAR goes offline will mean you're just going to keep refreshing the page, and maybe getting a few choices before you're booted off again/SOLAR crashes. (always save in-between choices...if you can even get on...)
You're best off to try between 5AM and 7AM. That is the least amount of traffic...because most people are sleeping. I got on the first try and was done in less than 10 minutes.

SOLAR will crash multiple times between now and 3:30AM when it closes. It always crashes more than once because there are too many people trying to access it.
When SOLAR used to open at 8AM it did the same thing.
