The Degroote Entrepreneur Association (DEA), the Canadian Revenue Agency (CRA) and the McMaster Students Union (MSU) will be hosting three upcoming seminars to educate students on taxes and our position as students. There will be representatives from the CRA here to teach us how to get as much money back in taxes as possible. Also, they will show us how to carry forward the amounts so we as students can get it back when they start making money after we graduate. It pays off to come to this seminar since it pays to go to school!

**Refreshments will be provided!** (and we all know that's key)

Hello Temara,

I was wondering if you knew of any tax services provided to students at McMaster? This seminar looks like a great option - but if I'm looking for 1:1 consulting to complete all the forms with a tax adviser, are there any services at Mac that would do that?

I don't know of any tax services on campus but the seminar has people who will help you. If you bring your stuff in, there are people there who can walk you through it. They'll have to go around to helping others in the room of course but they can still help.
