The date of Eid has always been something that all Muslims cannot agree on and celebrate it on one day. There are various groups which people follow and celebrate Eid on that day. For example, ISNA said that Eid was yesterday but they only were going along mere calculations. The Halal committee went along with the calculations but didn't see the moon two night ago but they saw it last night so they declared it today. Even if they didn't see it last night Eid would've been today by default as the month of Ramazan/Ramadan is over now.
