I think the school should have invested their time in switching everyone to LearnLink (rather than only Health Scis) rather than ever building ELM. LearnLink already perfects and adds onto everything WebCT has to offer, and it can run as a desktop client, meaning a lot of strain is taken off the server already (what I think ELM is trying to do by using crappy Java Applets).
The tech guys at McMaster are so smrt...
