You should be able to activate it... what does it say when you try?

I activated mine in the last week of April, so I'm pretty sure that you should be able to activate it now. Especially since it needs to be activated prior to you using SOLAR.

Sara, we mean "enable your Mac ID services" -- that can't be done until you've registered and accepted your payment agreement.

I just logged into MUGSI and was finally able to "enable my Mac ID services"! Woohoo! Success!

I finally got the message "Enable Mac ID Services successful" and then an explanation of exactly what that means

It has been just less than 24h since I completed my registration and payment agreement.
