I enabled my mac services 3 days ago, but when i try to log into my mac email it doesn't work and it says that it has been moved to a remote location. what do i do? do i wait a little longer?

i emailed the uts services and they said to remove @mcmaster.ca when signing in. sign in like u would to MUGSI
