Hey people,
Has everyone been getting emails from this "alex" person??? it was flooding my bb's email and kept beeping, had to remove my mac email from my bb!!

Someone tried to register a facebook account with the first generation email address. That means all emails go to EVERYONE registered as a first generation student.
The problem is, idiots are replying, which also gets forwarded to EVERYONE
Simple solution, STOP REPLYING..

I'm getting this too and it's really pissing me off. Getting a new email every 5 seconds. Whoever this Alex Zhang person is should be kicked out of Mac for sheer stupidity.

Its not just him, its all the idiots who keep replying. How can you not figure out the concept of a mail list? Everytime you reply, it gets sent to everyone again. They are the ones creating a problem

McMaster needs more security on their mailing lists. This is not the first time this kind of thing has happened. It is ridiculous!

He or she said that his account was hacked and people tried to register using the first gen email contact list, so this is why we're all getting notifications about it. Just don't click any links, stop replying, and stop forwarding and it will all stop.

they are creating problems by replying but the fb request for new password email hasn't stopped sending either!

It wasn't hacked. People just have no idea how computers and email works. When you reply to that address, MUSS forwards it to everyone on a mailing list.
People cant understand the concept
